us
The villa Castelvecchio is in an ideal position, Sinalunga, located close to Siena (30km), Cortona (20km) and Montepulciano (32 km) , the lake Trasimeno is only 30 minutes away and the A1 (our major highway) is 8 km.
You can also visit the thermal baths of S. Albino, Chianciano Terme, Rapolano and Bagno Vignoni (this is particularly fascinating).
The villa is situated on the top of a lush green hillside affording it a fabulous view of the typical Tuscan landscape in any direction.
There are many lovely little towns well known for their culture and history such as Pienza (27 km) and Monte San Savino (8 km).
Sinalunga is full enchanting little restaurants which serve tuscan specialities and excellent local wines such as the world famous Brunello di Montalcino; there are horse-riding centers with riding-schools and is also possible to book guided excursions on horse-back , also cars, bikes and mountain-bikes can be hired.

The villa has two apartments (Torretta 4 p. and Limonaia 2+2p) and one large Villa for up to 8 persons.
A total of 16 persons can stay here and be completely surrounded with more than 30.000 square meters of lush park lands and a private pool.
Here you will find the typical Tuscan cypress trees, olivegroves and the on site farmer cares for a small vegetable garden.
